A little bit of history...

So maybe your wondering a little bit about the history of Ryan and Alicia. There we are...Our very first picture together...
Our first picture together
Well I'm here to tell you..

Alicia's history: I am originally from Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Born and raised all my life until I moved to Florida in 2005 to go to the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute. I was lucky enough to get hired the day I graduated from MMI. Little did I know, getting that job would change my life...

Ryan's history: He is from Rochester,NY and moved to Florida in 2004 to go to the Motorcycle Mechanic's Institute. He was hired at Fun Bike Center shortly after he graduated. We went at different times of the day and he graduated first so we never actually met while attending MMI.

Our story: We met June 2007 when I started working at Fun Bike Center as a motorcycle technician.  My lift was right beside his. I gotta say when I first say when I first started my tool selection and experience was both very low but Ryan was always right there to lend a hand. We started hanging out realizing we both had a huge love of electronic music. Not to mention he has the cutest puppy EVER. I remember days at work when it would storm he would always talk about PD being scared at home alone. Can we say "Awwwwww"? But I think the "omg I think he's the one" is when he offered me cereal for dinner lol. Not just any cereal but Cornflakes. Anyone who knows me knows that I have some odd, limited, um...well face it, I'm the pickiest eater EVER.  So finally I meet someone who has the weird eating habitats I do, he must be the one. And he was.

So that's pretty much the story about how we met. I know it's kinda short but I really don't have the time to include all the things that made my heart realize that he is the one and only for me.♥

A girl's dream...

I can remember dreaming of my wedding day as a little girl. Standing there in the most beautiful big, white, fluffy dress ready to walk down the aisle...

Fast forward, some many years later... I can now see past that big, white, fluffy dress at all the other things involved in getting married. Invitations, flowers, favors, colors, venue, guest list....oh the list goes on and on. Which leads us here, My wedding blog. A little place to track my ideas and to keep a log of my journey to the "big day".

As for the title of my blog, well frankly, we all know it's all about the dress.
